We have received the following request:  

 

"A teacher I work with is writing her "charge" to the graduating class
of

2008 and is looking for a fact - the percent of people worldwide with
the
equivalent of a high school diploma/completed a secondary education.
I've
looked at all sorts of statistical sites but have yet to come up with
this
figure.  Any suggestions where to look?"

 

We've looked at lots of Unesco and World Bank sites and haven't been
able to
pinpoint an answer.  Any  thoughts will be gratefully accepted.
