[PW] ? Old song "Playmate"

The sites below would seem to indicate that "Playmate" is one variation of 
an older song written in 1894 by Phillip Wingate and H. W. Petrie, known 
variously as "Two Little Sisters," "Playmate," or "I Don't Want to Play in 
Your Yard."

I recall the refrain "I Don't Want to Play in Your Yard," being sung by one 
of the elderly "witnesses" in the movie REDS, and over the credits in a 
video of the stage revival of "Mornings At Seven" with Maureen O'Sullivan 
in the 1980's,
