A British teenager who posts on a message board I moderate is trying to find a book she read as a child.  In her words:
 
"I'm looking for a book that I read aged about 8 from my old school library. By Ian somebody. Arthurian story about a boy (called arthur...obviously) in a wheelchair campaigning to stop some old tree being cut down. Called something like 'the pen is mightier than the sword' but not as there is a book of that title by an Ian that is the wrong book. Any guesses, or have I imagined this book...?"
 
Any thoughts?
