[PW] book on healthy eating??

Hi all,

I have a patron who's looking for a specific book on healthy eating. All she can tell me is that it's a fairly current book, the author had cancer and has now been in remission for decades due to his dietary and exercise changes. The book is about changing your diet - what types of food to avoid, etc. She doesn't think the word "cancer" appears in the title, and the author's first name may or may not be Stephen/Steven. I haven't had any luck - does this ring a bell with anyone?
