Two possibilities:
1. Try looking in The Habit of Being: letters of Flannery O'Connor, in
letters of the period during which the book was published. It might be
possible that she mentions sales figures in some of her letters.
2. Contact the Special Collections at the library of Georgia College in
Milledgeville, GA, where she went to school and which has her papers. They
should be able to answer this if anyone can.
