When I was in college I worked summers for a straight-laced farmer who 
expressed his exasperation with "GOT DOWN a PITCHFORK!!!!" He varied 
that with "GOT poison ivy and SOME OF IT ITCHES!!!!" From a distance, 
they sounded worse than what he was avoiding.
