[PW] Reference Question From Bellevue University

Lorraine,

I checked for that article in ISI Web of Science, Scopus and Google
Scholar, they all came out negative: No citations.

Of interest: Only Google Scholar had an entry on the article at all,
the other two does not cover that journal.
