Dear Friends -

 

I have been dancing around with this problem all week and have come very
close to a solution without actually managing it.

 

I am trying to find the last article in a long list of obscure
citations.  I think it may be put together wrong, but it is all I have:

 

N. B. Coltoa, Prospects for Recycling Platinum, Paper presented at 2nd
International Platinum Seminar, Metal Bulletin Journals Ltd.-Futures
World, 14 Dec 1983.

 

It may be the Metal Bulletin, but I can find it online only back to
1986.  The seminar itself appears to have been folded into one or more
other seminars and does not appear to have a distinct identity.

 

Any help is much appreciated.
