To search for a CITED REFERENCE in Web of Science (Web of Knowledge) it
would help to have the author's name. Probably the same is true of
Scopus database. You could try: "Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award
Criteria", in scholar.google.com

Subject: [PW] Reference Question From Bellevue University

Hello -

I was wondering if anyone could help me. My name is Lorraine Patrick
and I am one of the Reference Librarians at Bellevue University. I had
an instructor ask me if anyone has cited an article he had written in
2006.

The article is titled: "Comparative Analysis of Malcolm Baldrige
National Quality Award Criteria: An Empirical Study of India, Mexico,
and the United States. It was published in the Quality Management
Journal Vol. 13 No. 4 October 2006 p. 7-21.
