[PW] Carpenter, carpenter what do you see?

Hi,

A patron called and asked for a book called Carpenter, Carpenter What Do You See?  I searched amazon, alibris, abebooks, google, WorldCat and I cannot find that this book exists.  When I did a google search, I see that it comes up in a lesson plan, recommending students/teachers read the book in class and there's an activity associated with it.  Has anyone heard of this book/resource?
