That used to be true with versions of Mailman < 2, but since PW is
running the latest stable version, 2.1.9, you simply go to the list
page at http://lists.project-wombat.org/ and log in using the
"Unsubscribe or edit options" box.  (Ask it to send your password to
you if you don't remember it.)  Once on the options page, simply enter
your new address into the "New Address" and "Again to Confirm" boxes
and press "Change my address and name".

When you get the confirmation request at your new address, hit "Reply"
and then "Send".  That's it.
