I am trying to locate contact information for the Iraqi Economic  
Forum. The forum published (in London, in 2002) "Studies on the Iraqi  
Economy: Selected Papers." That appears to be the only publication  
the organization has produced. I do not have the name of the editor,  
and the item is listed as temporarily out of stock at amazon.co.uk.  
WorldCat indicates only one library in the entire world has a copy.  
It is possible that the papers were collected from a conference at  
the University of Exeter in 1997.
