[PW] EEI test preparation

Does anyone know of a place in the Philadelphia, PA area, or online, to prepare for the EEI (Edison Electric Institute) tests?

We have a patron who needs to take the TECH test to get into a job at a utility. They've told him about the practice tests here: http://www.eei.org/practicetests/ but he says there's nothing to them. He wants something more substantial to study.

A course like this: http://www.pstcc.edu/bcs/industrial.html#EdisonElectric would be ideal, but this college is in Tennessee and we are in NJ. I can't seem to find anything similar held near us, or as an online course.

I'll be giving this this page http://www.tva.gov/employment/ops_maint/testing.htm that indicates there is no separate test prep book for EEI tests, and which lists some resources that might help, such as ASVAB prep, math and reading comprehension books. But I know he'd be happier with a specific book, website or course if anybody knows of such a thing.

Thanks!
