Is he searching your catalog, or Amazon, or ... ?

If he's searching your catalog, there may be an option to browse by
author and limit or restrict by format.  The way the browse function
in our Horizon PAC works, it will take him to the point in the list
closest to his search; unfortunately, ours doesn't seem to offer the
option to restrict by format when doing a "browse" type search, so an
author browse search shows authors of books, actors in videos, readers
of audiobooks, etc., all interfiled.  Other PACs may offer such
options, but I can't speak for any of those.
