Sounds like you're looking for "mosquito population density"
data, generally obtainable from your public health department at
county or state level, occasionally from academic mosquito
researchers. See, for instance:
http://www.cdphe.state.co.us/dc/Zoonosis/wnv/SurvPlan.pdf for the
surveillance plan -- I would then expect the previous years'
numbers to be available from the place putting together this
year's surveillance plan.

In academia, you might look for the local entomology departments
and see if they have a mosquito specialist or medical
entomologist who might be able to help you find the data types
you need.

Remember the numbers are only a snapshot, really... with the very
short mosquito life cycle and the strong dependence on liquid
water in the larval stage, mosquitos go through some amazing boom
and bust population cycles.
