Hello,
  In a book about the composer and pianist Sophi-Carmen 
Eckhardt-Gramatte-- it was written that she began to receive stipends 
 from members of the Rothschild family, Madame Armand Glotz and others 
when she was at the Conservatoire de Paris between 1908-1913. I was 
wondering if someone could suggest where I could find out more about 
these patronsnor the patronage system at the Paris Consevatory.
