[PW] "Read My Lips" Again (Quotation Query #646)

While many sources suggest that "Read my lips" is a Dirty Harry quote,
others suggest that Bush speechwriter Peggy Noonan crafted the line to make
Mr. Bush SOUND LIKE Clint Eastwood (as in "Make my day").
