[PW] Art tutor to the family of King George III

We recently received the following question:

The patron would like biographical information about an art teacher who
gave instruction for various arts (sculpture, landscape...)to family
members of King George III of England. The name of the individual is Mr.
Van Huysen.

We searched many sources including Biography Resource Center database,
Encyclopedia Britannica Biographies of King George III and George IV
with no results.
