IF your patrons could afford, and manage an ebook reader like the
Cybook, the Iliad, or the Sony Reader, they can turn any ebooks into
large print books by increasing the font size.

They can get free ebooks at manybooks.net, which serves out free books
in many formats. Most of them are pre-1923, so would NOT have drugs,
sex, or violence. Try authors like Fanny Hurst, Ethel Dell, Mary
Rinehart, Elinor Glyn, Jeffrey Farnol, etc. Forgotten, but still
readable. (I just finished reading _My Lady Caprice_ by Jeffrey Farnol
which is as substantial and nourishing as cotton candy, but still
enjoyable.)

Later books are available through Project Gutenberg Australia (curse
Sonny Bono!).

Here's a link to a list of bestselling books.

Many of the pre-1923 books are available through manybooks. Later ones
possibly through PG Australia.

There are more and more ereaders on the market now and sooner or later
one of them is going to hit the "sweet spot". People with failing
eyesight will discover that they can dial the font up to 20 or 30
points and buy with enthusiasm.
