[PW] [Publib] used steel library shelving

Thanks everyone for your ideas about library shelving. It seems I have 
some researching to do- perhaps to find the nearest steel buyer.

I neglected to mention an important bit of information: I am in 
Steamboat Springs Colorado, a fairly isolated mountain town 3 hours 
northwest of Denver. So yes, that would make a big difference.
Again, I appreciate the good advice!
