Possibly a master's thesis or term paper or somesuch. Probably not something
that's been formally published elsewhere (such as offprint of a journal
article,
both because the cataloging should note that if so and because you'd likely
already know of it if so.)
Too many Arthur Davis hits, jr or junior or not, even when tentatively narrowed
to atlanta and/or georgia, to know which this guy is. There was a sociologist
of prominence named Arthur K. Davis Jr. who did publish some material relating
to public opinion issues, but he was Canadian and seems an unlikely match.
