Thanks to all the Wombats who responded, on-list and off. I had indeed  
"seen" this book online through Googling, and should have mentioned  
it, though I hadn't thought to see if I could Look Inside The Book for  
her bio (thanks, David & J.T.!).

Not a lot closer, but a little closer, thanks to all of you.
