[PW] Super Bowl coin toss

I did the research, years ago, that developed the coin toss list.  I
found a website that described every game in meticulous detail.  My
computer records for that period have been lost, however, and a quick
search fails to turn up that site.  I have no burning desire to repeat
the exercise.  It is possible that the site's address is buried in the
Archives of our library list, but those are now difficult of access and
are only gradually being restored.

Kevin Pataky (kevin at pataky.net), who maintains that site, has videos of
all the Super Bowls back to XIII and took his coin toss information
directly from the tapes.  He has no tapes of earlier games and took his
coin toss information for I-XII from my list.  His tally of the tosses
for all the games for which he has tapes coincides exactly with mine, so
there is at least a reasonable chance that the pre-XIII information is
accurate as well.
