You could check with the ALPA (Airline Pilots Association), AOPA (Aircraft
Owners and Pilots Assoc) or other similar organizations.  Perhaps the
National Air Traffice Controlers orgranization, trade publications, or even
NASA might have some data.  Here's a list of civil aviation authorities in
