[PW] Citable sources on Romanian holidays

Fellow marsupials,I have a student who is working on a speech on cultural traditions.  He is in need of citable sources in English about pagan or pre-Christian Romanian holidays, particularly the New Year celebrated in the spring (Dragobete or Dragobetele, or Martisorul).  The professor will not accept personal accounts or personal web sites; the student has diligently searched the locally available books on Romania, some world holidays books, and the basic EBSCOhost databases as well as Europa World and Worldcat.He needs info within a week.  Anyone have a good idea?Thanks in advance for any assistance....Robin
