Um, Happy World Malaria Day instead?  :)

But on a more serious note, thank you for that explaination. It is a
disconnect to say "Happy ANZAC Day" and I think Americans at least are
used to "happy" holidays that we now just use it for every holiday
wishes. Perhaps it should be "Wishing You a Solemn ANZAC Day" would
have been better.
