Hi all,
 
I have a patron who would like to know:
 
which country or countries have the largest population of homeless
people. She doesn't need statistics, but that could help.
I told her many countries don't have good census bureaus in general, and
that the condition of homelessness is tracked differently in different
cultures -- 
 
but I think we would like any statements about which 1 or 2 or 3
countries may have the largest number of homeless (and any citations
about same),
