[PW] Crediting Google Books or Amazon Search Inside as sources?

Last time I checked, you couldn't print, or even cut and paste, from
either of these sources. But maybe that depends on the copyright
status of the book. As for the citation, here are some suggestions:

Or try any book or Web site that tells how to cite electronic
resources. You could even search inside such a book at Amazon. ;-)
