How far back do you want to go? Before there were blogs, there were
email discussion lists. I am pretty sure that my book, "Lineland,
Mortality and Mercy on the Internet's Pynchon-L at Waste.Org"

created from postings to an email list. It was originally published by
Intangible Assets Management (a title that even pynchonauts found
ideally suited to the subject matter). It is here now:
