[PW] "FIRSTS" in blog-to-print question

Hello.
I'm trying to determine if a particular book is a "first" of its type--that is, when was the first blog-to-print book published (by a significant publishing house, that is) which was exclusively illustrated by the blog's readers?  

I know it is a thorny question, but, well, there it is.
