[PW] ? poem- "children should be boiled in oil" ?

Hillaire Belloc came to mind, but I scanned his "Cautionary verses" 
without success -- several of his bad boys and girls came to horrific 
ends, but none were boiled in oil as far as I could tell.   Shel 
Silverstein's naughty children also had bad things happen to them, 
but our Silverstein collections are not available to check.    A 
Google search of 'children "boiled in oil"' turned up some Very 
Strange Stuff, but not the requested line of poetry, at least in the 
first 50+ hits.
