[PW] Pecan macaroon tarte tatin recipe?

I have lost one of my favorite recipes, and wonder if any Wombats can help me find it.

It's an apple tarte tatin with a crust made of ground pecans (macaroon-style -- nuts, sugar, egg white).

Here's what I remember that might help track this down:

It appeared in a Passover feature in a cooking magazine, probably between 1998 and 2001 (likely 1999 or 2000). It may have been Australian. (I remember it as Australian, which makes no sense, because neither of my trips to Australia were at that time of year.)

I think the words "pecan" (probably) and "tarte tatin" (definitely) appeared in the name of the recipe. I don't think the words "macaroon" or "apple" appeared in the name.

There were no wheat products in the recipe. Thus it was kosher for Passover, plus I once made it for some celiac friends.

The recipe called for avocado oil.

I don't think it was Gourmet magazine. I'm sure it wasn't a light or vegetarian magazine. I've searched Epicurious, foodandwine.com, and bonappetit.com.

I'm happy to share other Passover dessert recipes, but this one was exceptionally glamorous and excellent.

Thank you,
