Does anybody remember a story/fairy tale about a princess whose face was
so ugly that it stopped clocks? For some reason, she needed rescuing,
and the story contains a dragon who is sick of rescuing princesses, and
has to be prevailed upon to do so by a king. There is also a lazy prince
who was sent by his parents to rescue the princess.

Although Luenn's "The Ugly Princess" has a princess, a king, a dragon,
and another suitor, I do not think this is the story in question as the
princess does not need rescuing.
