The subject of snuff was a question on C-Span several years ago, and the
source quoted was a history of the Senate [by my own Senator Byrd!].  It
appears that while the historical snuff boxes are still present, very few --
or no -- senators are snuff users, so the expense would, I suspect, be very
small.
