Some time ago I learned about the useful site http://gethuman.com/. As
described in Librarians' Internet Index (2007-02-15):

 >>
This website features a list of consumer service telephone numbers and tips
for how to get to speak to a person. The company lists also include a
letter grade and are browsable by category, such as automotive, credit,
finance, insurance, products, and travel. The site includes a description
of how grades are assigned, a blog, and discussion forums. From a consumer
advocate and other volunteers.
<<

When I tried to visit gethuman a few minutes ago I was redirected to
http://www.kayak.com/, a travel search engine. At the moment Google still
has a cached copy of the site retrieved on September 7. Gethuman and Kayak
were both founded by the same person
(http://www.behance.com/Featured/Articles/Paul-English-Getting-Human/5524),
but I don't see any explanation for gethuman's disappearance on the Kayak
site.

This seems odd. Has anybody heard any rumors?
