Slightly OT:
There's a welcome sign I see occasionally: Peace to All Who Enter Here. I
thought this phrase might have come from a Latin original, but it isn't
(quite). From a little Googling I found that it probably is a
mistranslation of Luke 10:5 ("And into whatsoever house ye enter, first
say, Peace be to this house" -- King James version). For what it's worth,
this verse appears in the Vulgate (Latin) as: In quamcumque domum
intraveritis, primum dicite: Pax huic domui.
