Why plural and shouldn't he consider adding something to that?
"Welcome" to those who enter? To those who enter: "deliveries at the
rear?" To those who enter: "unfairly dismissed postal employee seething 
within?"

Quibus introeant is plural but it sounds odd. Cui introeat, the
singular, should work.
