major networks, but you might try the foreign news desk in NYC
(212-456-2800): Chuck Lustig, Director or Michael Kreisel, FD editor.
If not them, try the library, Candace Stuart 212-456-7777.

I don't think there is an office per se, so your best bet would probably be to contact one of the larger regional bureaus -- that said I don't think there is a large ABC bureau anywhere in Africa, so you may need to go through, say, London to reach her.
