The Europa Yearbook gives this kind of information. Towards the end of each country's entry is something called DIRECTORY and it gives names and addresses, including news services and for the press.  I checked the 2007 in-print edition, and of course the information is too recent to have been included. But perhaps there is someone on the list that gets the on-line version?

Since you nice folks tend to know just about everything worth 
knowing, would anyone have a clue as to how I contact the newly 
opened ABC News bureau in Nairobi Kenya?  I checked the ABC website, 
did various searches, and while I had no trouble finding the press 
release about the bureau opening in early October, as well as the 
name of the bureau chief, I cannot find contact information.  Where 
could I find it?
