Hi Donna, 

I believe the Nairobi "bureau" is something of a one (wo)man show -- Dana Hughes. I don't think there is an office per se, so your best bet would probably be to contact one of the larger regional bureaus -- that said I don't think there is a large ABC bureau anywhere in Africa, so you may need to go through, say, London to reach her.
