I believe it's Enslaved by Ducks by Bob Tarte.  He wrote a sequel this year
entitled Fowl Weather.

Subject: [PW] Book title


Hi,

This is for me, so no hurry.  I am trying to remember the title of a
book...it was written by a journalist (either newspapers or periodicals)
about his life with pet ducks and other birds.  It was something like
Surrounded by Ducks or Kidnapped by Ducks.  I can't remember the first
word.  It was very humorous.  It is at least 3 years old.  TIA!
