I'm not down under at the moment (down under a bunch of paperwork,
maybe), but...

Negative evidence first:
Publisher is not listed in the 2007 AUSTRALIAN BOOKS IN PRINT
nor in the latest INTERNATIONAL ISBN DIRECTORY.

WorldCat search indicates it was based in Woden, A.C.T. and was active
circa 1986 to 1996.  Most of the books published were by one Stephan
Williams, who I suspect was the publisher.  (They also were pretty much
all short pamphlet-length items, per the ones I checked.)

notes that Williams died in 2005, and I suspect the press died with
him (or given date range in WorldCat, well before).

per Google in Book search says that Stephan Williams, a friend of the
author's, died in 2004.  In a pinch, you might try to contact Macklin
and ask if Williams left heirs and/or a stock of unsold copies of
his publications behind.
