Hi there,

I'm trying to find some rental market info for two towns in Germany between 2002 and 2006.  From what I've found out so far, rents are controlled by the various municipalities in Germany under something called "Mietspiegel".  What we're trying to find out is what the average rent was during that time frame (2002-2006) in Mohnesee and Hiltrup.

Since I don't speak any German, researching this has been difficult.  Are there any librarians out there in Germany who might be able to assist?
