We had a case here in Fort Wayne where GPS devices were placed in the city-owned vehicles of Health Department workers (unknown to them).  Several people were dismissed as a result.  Last week there was an article in the paper that the Sheriff's department would install GPS on take home squad cars to determine how they are being used.
