[PW] Tor Morseth redux

Folks,

Here are more thanks for this, from the patron.

"This is our man and on top of it you have a picture of him winning his
award. Wonderful. Now we will be able to publish this in the College
Times. He was the paper's architect, guardian angel, and first editor.
He is intellectually gifted; has lots of courage and vision; and happens
to be a nice guy. He is much under 30 but I would say he has a chance
to one of the great men of Europe."

Again, this is in Gong Qing college in China.

Thanks again.

Folks,

I am resending this to the list. My original reply was rejected by the
filter rule. The only reason for that as far as I can see is that it
contained a non-latin letter, the scandinavian oe which is an o with a
/ through it. Since that letter was crucial in the answer, it seems
the filter should be modified. (If that indeed was the cause. But I am
such a nice person that I cannot think of any other reason!)

BTW - including the Norwegian character in his name in the Google
search gave very good hits. Google takes those things seriously! (And
never mind clumsy English keyboards?)
