Maybe *Ten Rowdy Ravens? It's a counting book at least.

But the rhyme sounds like a folklore version I've heard with bluebirds:

One is for sorrow
Two is for joy,
Three get a girl
Four get a boy
Five receive silver
Six receive gold
Seven's a secret that's never been told

I see it's also associated with crows and magpies.
