Folks,

 

I received this request from a cousin so no particular rush.

 

"I  have  a request. Could you find if there is any information on a Tor
Morseth.  He was a colleague of mine at Gong Qing and is now back in
Bergen, Norway working as a reporter.   My understanding is that he with
another recently won an award for reporting on Norway's defense policy.
It caused a shakeup in its government. I would particularly like to know
the name of the reward and when it was received and any other
information about it."

 

Gong Qing is a city in China and my cousin and Tor taught there.

 

I have not been able to find much.  I got a potentially correct email
address but not much else since I can't read Norwegian (Norse?).
