I couldn't find a Wikipedia article about the "Womanless Wedding," a 
'play,' if you can call it that, where a wedding is staged, and all the 
women involved are played by men in drag.  You can find a couple of current 
examples on YouTube. One website claimed it began as a Civil War 
entertainment by the troops.  Does anyone know any more about its origins?
