[PW] Marriage date of Julia the elder

Here is another clue.  Some sources mention that Julia's father did not
attend the wedding ceremony because he was fighting a war in Spain. If
anyone knows exactly when her father was in Spain that would help narrow the
time frame. (If he happened to be in Spain for only a few months in 25 B.C.,
rather than for the entire year.)
