Here's one production horn supplier: you can probably guess
the destination of some of this product.

"FIAMM Technologies, Cadillac, MI, makes more than 60,000 truck,
  car and boat horns each month...    The horns can be as loud as
  115 decibels at frequencies of up to 500 hertz..."


A non-production car air horn vendor makes this claim though....

This [horn] features three 10.5", 14.5", and 15" chrome plated metal horns.
...to sound like a freight train, EL LOCO...
    * 130 dB output @ 100 psi, 150+ dB @ 150 psi

Another vendor claims a five trumpet train  horn is the loudest available,
without substantiating that boast with numbers.
